    Myoung Ho Lee is a Korean photographer in this series called Tree he hoists a simple white backdrop behind a range of trees. In doing so lifting the trees from of their normal landscape allowing us to view them as subjects on their own. Viewing nature like this without any distraction really shows us how ornate, complicated and vastly diverse everything around us is.     Everyone's favourite Swedish/Irish image-making studio M&E are back with a new video for Denmark's Snake & Jet's Amazing Bullit Band. Following the lead of the bands album title "Stuff That Rotates", Matthew Bolger and Emelie Lidström built a custom-made rotating dolly for the camera and set everything to spin.     Here's a new book from Dublin based photographer Rich Gilligan. DIY is a series of images surrounding the culture of skate-boarding focusing heavily on spaces built for skaters largely by skaters. Beautiful shots as usual.   5. The Scoop Art Auction Returns

    The SCOOP Foundation ( Saving Children Out Of Property) is a charity from Dublin set up by long time friend of Synth Eastwood Andy Sweeney and a group of hard working volunteers. Together they have raised large volumes of money to help homeless children in India & Cambodia with a series of creative events. One of these events is the SCOOP Art auctions, of which alone have raised 60,000+ euros for their many causes.     Aside from this Minimix No. 24, Berlin based Greystone native The Drifter (AKA Mark Flynn) brings his musical stylings to this years Electric Picnic twice. Mark plays the Barcardi tent and following on from the success of his back-to-back set with Lil'Dave at Body & Soul festival the pair perform again in EP's Body and Soul Section this weekend.     I just can't get enough of William Hundley, the Texas based artist displays such effortless simplicity with his ideas and their delivery, it's quite dazzling. The Entopic Phenomenon series so addictive I could only limit my featured edit to 18 examples. His website is jam packed with sharp visual trickery in the form of photos, installations and sculpture.     Our friends at Curate & Design as part of Design Week 2012 are planning to host an exhibition of work from graphic legend Paul Rand. For those that know him he will need little introduction and for those that don't this exhbition's main aim is to change that.   10. Whibley Wobbly Wonder

    Jacob Whibley is an artist who lives and works in Toronto, Canada. His output is beautifully simple in construction but subtle and skilled in composition. He is stylistically confident showing strong influences of Bauhaus especially Kandinsky. He works in 2D & 3D mixed-media with found materials largely making up the nuts and bolts of his abstract creations. Very nice altogether.... [Read more]
