Dublin Guitar Quartet

June 16, 2011 by Al

The Dublin Guitar Quartet are a 29* string-ed beast that are moments away from making the hairs on the back of your neck stand up and without the need of any Marshall stacks. The four piece are Brian Bolger, Pat Brunnock, David Creevy and Tomas O’Durcain and above they play the music of Philip Glass. Enjoy.

In other news, the Quartet have just commissioned New York Composer Michael Gordon (no relation to the famous basketball player) to write them a special 25 minute piece that will be coming soon to your eyes and ears.

(*one guitar has a sneaky extra 5 strings)
