Breathtaking Landscapes from Johnathon Zawada

November 11, 2011 by Al

Johnathon Zawada is a Sydney based artist who works primarily in mixed media. His back catalogue is as impressive in his commercial work as his non-commercial. The set that caught my eye comes from the later. The images featured are from an exhibition called Over Time held in the Prism Gallery in LA last year. The breathtaking landscapes were based real on graph data but rendered in oil through the glorius spectrum Zawada holds within his head.

Do your eyes a favour and have a look round his website. Beautiful work.
