Solar Ivy

It was recently announced that the University of Utah will fund and install an alternative to the traditional solar panel on their campus. “Solar Ivy is a solar energy delivery device that draws inspiration from ivy growing on a building”. When local planning authorities make it difficult for homeowners and businesses to install new technology on old buildings, new ideas like this Solar Ivy is a clever alternative. It could even improve the appearance of some buildings.
