Martin Brooks and the Art of No Hands Cycling

September 30, 2011 by Al

Here is a clever and informative video honouring the ancient art of no-hands cycling. Singer and show off Martin Brooks, uncontent with a comprehensive display of his moves, also belts out his new single Golden Tree, and all from the comfort of his two wheeler.

When I saw this video I was instantly impressed but also disappointed as I thought I had invented some of these variations myself. There are a plethora of hands-free ideas worthy of a try over the weekend. So cycle safely but rule one, no hands.
