The Feltron Annual Report
Early January is often synonymous with personal reflection. No one has done this as thoroughly as information designer Nicolas Feltron. Each year he collects data from his life, everything ranging from numbers of days worked to the first ice-cream of the year. Starting from 2005, he has used this information to produce a yearly book describing his life for the previous 12 months. He entitles the publication “The Feltron Annual Report” and the detail and design are quite remarkable.
Last year sadly, Nicolas’s father passed away. To remember, he thoughtfully applied the same approach to designing an information based biography celebrating his father’s life. Awesome american based radio show 99% Invisible featured Felton and discussed his process.
