Benetton Urges the World to UNHATE

December 20, 2011 by Synth Eastwood

Christmas is a time for love when people come together in the spirit of the season. Those men and women at the seats of world power should be the first to lead the line. Benetton’s UNHATE campaign uses either world class political charm or clever photoshopping to make that dream come true. The shots feature some familiar faces including Barrack Obama, Pope Benedict & Kim Jong-Li (who passed away yesterday.)

The campaign took place on on most print formats and online but Benetton also hoisted guerilla style banners across the cities of the world. Surely demanding a double take from drivers and pedestrians who don’t have the campaign’s context at hand. Good job Benetton.

Found via Creative Review. Also they featured a number of quality 2011 advertising campaigns here too.
