A projection of 3 separate colours onto a screen much like a tri-colour. The colour of each 1/3 portion of the screen was individually controlled by 3 separate analogue synthesisers played live by 3 individual players.
A projection of 3 separate colours onto a screen much like a tri-colour. The colour of each 1/3 portion of the screen was individually controlled by 3 separate analogue synthesisers played live by 3 individual players.
The relationship between the noise created by the synths and the colour on screen was implemented using a pitch to colour scale, a brightness to loudness scale, and colour morphing through portamento.
The basic idea of which was to sound flags, or create simple anthems based around the tricolour flag.
