Martin Schoeller’s Female Body Builders

I don’t know quite what to say about these photographs other than they are very striking. To see these glistening body builders in a relaxed non competition mode makes for some intriguing portraiture. It’s rare in daily life we see women quite so built up adding this to the simple background and dazzling focus creates a most surreal scroll from face to body. The photographer’s name is Martin Schoeller he’s based in NYC and the series is called “Female Body Builder”
