How to Build Your Own House for 25,000 Euro
Having seen half our country’s home owners fall foul of negative equity and the other burdened by non-existent access to credit, in an effort to live closer to his kids, architect Dominic Stevens was forced to rethink the property process. With the help of his friends, family and a few specialists, in 50 days and for a total cost of 25,000 euro Dominic built his own 3 bedroomed house. He has logged the project and made public his detailed plans for anyone who would wish to replicate it. Great job.
