Kerry Bicycle Festival open for submissions

March 22, 2011 by Synth Eastwood

Renaissance man Michael Kelly brings the Kerry Bicycle Festival back for it’s forth successful year. Taking place this May the multi-event festival is a super celebration of all things cyclical. Last years highlights included ‘A Lovely Bike Competition’, a restuarant night where you cycle to your next course, cycling treasure hunts and bicycle related music, art and comedy shows.

This year looks to have the same packed line-up and right now organisers are calling for submissions for their main Frame X exhibition. Submission can include photography, painting, paper cut, sculpture, video and more. If you’ve any peddle powered ideas get in touch with the festival before April 29th.

Happy cycling.

So far we've had some amazing mixes from folk like Jape, Shit Robot, Conor & David and Toby Kaar. A lot more to follow too. Click above to tune in.
